Tracy thinks creatively about strategy and vision. She understands how to build, align, and mobilize teams for successful go-to-market motions and how to transform teams when stalled. With over one dozen GTM initiatives launched and managed, these experiences fuel a growth mindset and solution orientation.

Tracy had an adventurous childhood based on her Dad’s international diplomatic assignments. She built on those experiences with domestic and international revenue leadership assignments, solidifying a big-picture perspective on driving growth. She is based in the Boston metro area.
